Welcome! We are glad you stopped by!

Christ the King Parish is a Catholic community. As disciples of Jesus, we believe everyone is called to a spiritual journey and understand each journey is unique. Let us join together, be open to God’s call, and share the joys and struggles of life. All are welcome!

Let us know how we can be of service and ministry to you!

TAKE THE ME25 SURVEY!

We want to know how healthy we are as a parish, so it's time for a check-up! The most important indicator of health for any organization is Engagement (a sense of belonging, connection, and commitment). We measure engagement with a survey called the ME25 (Member Engagement, 25 questions).  Please take five minutes and take the online survey. All members 18 and older are asked to take the survey once in April.
THANK YOU for your help!

Since 1966, Christ the King Parish has served the students, faculty and staff of the University of Montana in addition to others in the area. We strive to ensure that all are welcome here.

Mission Statement

Christ the King Parish is the Newman Center for The University of Montana and a parish community with University Students.
Our celebrations of Eucharist are the source and summit of our lives.
Our mission is to teach, promote and live the Gospel values of love, social justice, peace, forgiveness and compassion.

These values are the foundation for our lives, and through us, for our families and for the global community.

The Annual Catholic Appeal 2016

“Resourcefulness, generosity and gratitude are hallmarks of the people of Western Montana. May he give us hearts large enough to hold his dreams for us and to see His Son more clearly in our midst as one who serves.”
– Bishop George Leo Thomas

Your participation in the Annual Catholic Appeal provides resources to fund 34 ministries including: forming our seminarians, assisting those in poverty in Guatemala, providing a dignified retirement for our Senior Priests, nurturing the faith of all believers. It also supports Catholic Campus Ministry at the college campuses in our Diocese, including our very own Catholic Campus Ministry. By working together through the Annual Catholic Appeal, we can do so much more that we can alone.
